A Full Fledge Machining set up with Conventional and CNC Facility under one roof.
Started as SSI Unit & Proprietary concern in 1993 and reconstituted as partnership concern with enhanced infrastructure and additional facilities. The unit initially was mostly catering for HAL, Bangalore but now catering for various other customers. We are ISO 9001-2008 Certified company. We are planning to take up AS9100 certification soon.

All basic Instruments including TESA Micro-Hite and CMM are available.
Infrastructure with computer facilities is available for preparation of In-house documents including Design & Drawings.

SOLIDCAM CNC Machining software with 5 Axes.
ERP Software for complete management of company in lines with ISO/AS requirements. Software includes inspection modules, quality control plan for components etc., in addition to the basic modules.

Jig boring and Jig grinding.
Wire cutting/Spark erosion.

TIG Welding to 'X' Ray quality.

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Indigenization of Hinges (tail boom) for Helicopter Division – Received SIATI indigenization award for the same during the year 1999-2000.
Stylus/Radius Gauges for EDCC Projector, Design, development, and fabrication of checking fixture for Axial Blade forging, TBO fixture Etc. for Foundry and Forge division.
Fabrication of ECF electrode & EB Welding M/c spares for Engine Division saving FE.
EXPANSION PLANS
Future plans are to expand the existing unit including adding of additional CNC Machines and CNC CMM. The main thrust will be in the manufacture and supply of items and to make the unit on par with ISO/AS requirements. Also we are planning to go for AS9100 Certification. The company has young and dedicated staff to take up any challenging task and Partners with years of experience in the field of engineering.
